HBOT – Terapia cu oxigen hiperbaric

Oxigenul utilizat ca tratament medical poate fi administrat in interiorul unei camere etanseizate, la o presiune de pana la 3 atmosfere. Aceasta procedura creste cantitatea de oxigen descompus in sange, de la 1.5g/dL la 6.0g/dL si presiunea oxigenului la nivelul tesuturilor pana la 400mm Hg; acest oxigen suplimentar are multiple beneficii biochimice, celulare si fizice.

Utilizare

HBOT este utilizata in:
– tratarea bolilor de decompresie;
